A cool ability would be for goblin fanatics to be able to do their spin attack. it would hit everything in the room, including friends, each round, and give them some added defense. At the end of the spin though, they would be exhausted. How long a fanatic can spin would be dependant on ability and level.

Additionaly weapons class should matter in this skill. I can imagine fanatic spinning with a flail type weapon but deadly spinning with daggers and dealing damage to all would be impossible, because fanatic could not reach opponents at the same time with such a short weapons.

What about Tail wield for skaven, the ability to wield a knife or dagger assif possessing an extra limb (which technically they do)?
