*L103 /ROOM EXDESC The EXDESC (exit description) is what you see when you type Look in the game. It can be set for the 6 directions (N W E S U D), and can be set no matter if it is possible to travel in the direction or not. Examples: /room exdesc west This leads you into the editor, where you type the description for what a player will see when they look west. Remember to type /f when the description is done to format it for 80 char width, if you are using the built in editor. An exit description can describe why it is not possible to continue travelling in a direction, or the fields that are in the next room. Remember to not make assumptions about time of day, weather and such things when making an exit description. When there is an closeable exit in the direction, do not assume that it will be open or closed in the exit description. See also: /ROOM DOOR, /ROOM EXIT
