/ROOM EXIT

The /room exit command creates an exit between two rooms. The format
to use this command is:

 /room exit <direction> <destination room>

If a ! is added to the word exit (/room exit! <direction> <destination>)
then the destination room will be created, if it does not exist.

Examples:

 /room exit! east 2000 (this creates room 2000, and an exit east from
                        the current room into room 2000.)
