BANDAGE [SKILL COMMAND]

Type: Utility, Survival
Target: yourself, a mobile or player
Syntax: bandage <target> <woundnr>

Description:
 By applying a bandage to a wound, the suffering because of the wound is
 reduced and the healing time is shortened. The quality of the bandage plays
 a large part in this.

 When doing a bandage without targetting a specific wound, bandage always tries
 to bandage the worst unbound wound. It is also possible to try to firm up 
 already existing bandages. 

 How successful you are in bandaging, and how firm your bandages will be will
 depend on how proficient you are in the skill of bandaging.

Examples:
 bandage          - bandage yourself
 bandage Rogon    - bandage Rogon
 bandage Rogon 4  - bandage the fourth of Rogon's wounds
