BASH [SKILL COMMAND] Type: Combat Target: Melee opponent Syntax: bash or simply bash Description: The purpose of a bash is to send an opponent sprawling to the ground and thus render it helpless for a short period of time. To successfully land a bash, skill in bashing and offensive bonus are the two most important factors, while the best defence is a high dodge bonus. The duration of a bash is largely decided by strength and skill in bashing. Wearing a shield also adds good momentum to the bash and increases the duration of a bash. Bash with no target will attempt to bash the target you are currently engaged to. Bash will attempt to bash said target. This will work if you are either a) not engaged to anyone in melee, b) you are engaged to target, or c) engaged to someone else in melee, but target is engaged to you. Trying to bash someone you are not fighting while fighting someone else is not possible. Abbreviations: bas(h) See Also: BATTLE, HIT, MELEE
