Syntax   : Cast 'blizzard'

Example:
 cast 'blizzard'

Description:
 When the wizard summons a blizzard, he will batter his surroundings with the
 wrath of nature for a short period of time. Once this spell is cast, the
 caster needs to maintain it for its duration. If he cancels it, the effect
 will stop.
 Blizzard will only succeed if the wizard has a direct contact with the magic
 elementals required for the spell, therefore only in outdoor areas.
