CHANGE ECHO [SETTING TOGGLE]

Syntax: change echo

Description:
 The command change echo will turn on or off the display of your own actions.

Examples:
 *>cha echo
 Echo is now off.
 *> tel axel bork
 Ok.

 *> change echo
 Echo is now on.
 *> tel axel bork
 You tell Axel, 'bork'
