CHANGE NARRATE [SETTING TOGGLE]

Syntax: change narrate 

Description:
 This command will toggle on/off if the output of the narrate channel should
 visible to you or not. 

 To toggle of gossip also/instead use the "change gossip" command.

Abbreviations: ch(ange) na(rrate)
