CHANGE SPAM [SETTING TOGGLE]

Syntax: change spam [on|off] or change spam <field>

Description:
 With this setting you can turn on and off spam reduction. Typing 'change spam'
 without further arguments shows the current spam reduction settings. Change
 spam on or off will turn either on or off all spam reduction fields, while
 change spam <field> will turn on/off that particular field.

 At the moment there are only two fields: combat and movement.
