CONSIDER [COMMAND]

Type: Utility
Target: mobile or player
Syntax: consider <target>

Description:
 The consider command will give you an approximate estimation of the targets 
 power in relation to yourself. 

 When you consider someone, or something, you will try to compare it's weight,
 height and age to your own. You will also try to estimate how tough a fight it
 would be to fight with the one you consider.

Example:
 ** CW 100> con rogon
 It seems that both of you have the same weight.
 It also appears he is shorter than you.
 Rogon an old male Immortal is in excellent condition.
 A fight with him will be a real challenge.
