ORIENTATION [COMMANDS INFO] Type: Utility Syntax: examine , or just examine look , look in , or just look Description: For seeing what is around you, there are two basic commands: LOOK and EXAMINE. The first is used for a more general description of a room or item, while the second provides more details. LOOK Looking at someone or something will show its description. In the case of a mobile or player, you will also see the equipment he/she is wearing. Look will show the room description if you are not in brief-mode, and it will also show the available exits out of room if you have autoexit enabled. If you want to look within a container, such as a sack, you can just type look in sack and that will show you its contents. EXAMINE Examining will provide much of the same as look, but will provide all of the information that look normally does, even if in brief mode. E.g. you will see room description even if in brief mode, and you will see both description and the contents of an object (if any).
