Invoke Spirit [skill] Type: Utility Target: Self Syntax: Invoke Description: By invoking a spirit, the spiritualist calls upon a spirit to possess him. By doing this, he can draw upon the power of the spirit to aid him for various things and in return let the spirit experience the world of flesh yet again. The effects of being possessed by a spirit may not always be clear to the untrained eye, yet rest assured that all spirits do aid the spiritualist in various ways. There are five known spirits that may respond to a spiritualists attempt to call them. There may be more but the spiritualists who know of them probably guard their names carefully. The known spirits: Annart: The Red Eye Goblins were reknowned among their greenskin brethren for their voracious appetites. After combat they would eat their enemies, to gain their strength and power. Their leader was a night goblin of epic proportions, known as Annart the Devourer. Annart was so large in girth that he required vast amounts of food to maintain his energy. His massive weight made him a fearsome opponent, as it made him an invincible opponent once he began his destructive spinning attack. After killing an opponent, Annart would eat his victims so he could regain his spent energies. Guushan There are rare cases in the world where mortals are able to become directly connected to their deities. Guushan the Purifier, an orc shaman of the Broken Tusk clan, is such an example. Stories say Guushan was able to draw on the power of Mork much longer than should be possible for a mortal, obliterating enemies with spell after spell. Morraag: Morraag the Cunning was a goblin known for his spiritual ties to the earth. Through the sheer force of his will, he was able to rain stones down upon his foes or cause magma to bubble up from the ground to consume them. He was a master tactician, luring enemy forces into trap after trap, giving his tribe many victories at little expense. Targot: Targot the Undefeated was an orc marauder of incredible durability. He would often take blow after blow from opponents and seem to be no worse for wear. Enemies were often terrified to see the blank look in Targot's eyes as they rained blow after blow on him to no effect. Igu: Igu was one of the rare orcs born with purple eyes instead of the common red. Some say this is what gave him his incredible perception, allowing him to strike unerringly at the weakest points of an enemy's defense. He crushed foe after foe, until he was finally defeated by a priest of Sigmar, who first blinded him with a blast of fire.
