PRECISE STRIKE [COMBAT SKILL]

Description:
 The precise skill is a skill for thief types. It is a skill you can
 only use with a narrow weapon with a tip; knives, daggers and spears.

 The skill is always active when you have it and no commands need to
 be typed.

 There are two possible effects from this skill:

 1. Full penetration. This happens when you find a glitch in your
    opponents armour and strike him as if he was unprotected. When
    this happens you also receive a message.

 2. Partial penetration. This is much more common. When this happen,
    your opponents armour will absorb less of the damage than it
    normally does. There is no message associated with this.

 So even if you do not get a message very often, the skill still has
 effect. It is, however, only useful against worn armour. Magical
 protection and natural protection such as thick skin is not affected.
