SAY [COMMAND]

Type: Local Communication
Syntax: say <message> or ' <message>

Description:
 A Say will output the text you say to all in room that can hear. If the others
 in room can see you they will see your name and then text:

  Daemor says 'This is what I say!'

 If for some reason the ones in the room cannot see you, they will instead
 see someone speaking:

  Someone says 'You can hear me, but you cannot see me!'

 You cannot use say when stunned, sleeping or otherwise incapacitated. In 
 addition, there might be some areas in the world that prevents you from
 using your voice.
