Skaven

These creatures appeared sometime in the past looking to have been some
mutation of the common rat that had evolved into intelligent beings who appear
as a mix of human and rat. They often make their lairs in the sewers beneath
unsuspecting cities and then assaulting without warning killing everything in
sight and then feeding on the dead and returning below with the spoils. It is
said they are able to travel great distances under land and even through
mountains by way of a series of tunnels. They depend on the Warpstone for their
power and use it to drive their civilization. Skaven wage war upon all the
other races and even among themselves, weeding out the weaker members of their
race by enslaving or killing and eating them.
