Syntax   : Cast 'warp lightning' <target>

Description:
 Warp lightning is a chaotic blast of lightning. The caster of the spell is able
 to direct it at a specific victim, but unable to contain it. The blast may hit
 anyone and everyone else in the area, including the caster himself.
 Some things increases the chance to attract the lightning, such as being close
 to the target (rider and mount, melee fighting), being a follower or leader of
 the victim, or wearing metal armour.
