WHISPER [COMMAND]

Type: Local, Private Communication
Target: player 
Syntax: whisper <target> <message>

Description: 
 A Whisper will output the text you say to the chosen target. Others in room
 that can see you will notice that you whisper, but will not be able to hear
 what you whisper. Your target must be present in the room for this to work.

 You cannot use whisper when stunned, sleeping or otherwise incapacitated. In
 addition, there might be some areas in the world that prevents you from
 using your voice.
