Description:
 A character's Will Power is his or her determination. It can affect physical as
 well as the mental efforts, such as how long a character can keep going, despite
 logic telling him or her to give up. It is also a measurement of how well a 
 character can resist the power of spells, as well as important for the casting
 of many spells where the spellcasters will is forced upon others.

 In essence, this ability is a characters self discipline, the ability to control
 mind over body.
