YELL [COMMAND]

Type: Area Communication
Syntax: yell <message>

Description:
 A Yell will send the message out to all that can hear within the nearby area.

 You cannot use yell when stunned, sleeping or otherwise incapacitated. In
 addition, there might be some areas in the world that prevents you from
 using your voice.
