CALLDOOR-OUTSIDE "part2 of calldoor lib: outside-room"

                The calldoor library consists of two libraries. CALLDOOR-INSIDE
                and CALLDOOR-OUTSIDE. Calldoor-inside triggers on 'say open',
                while calldoor-outside triggers on 'call'.
